This delicate time of life requires the utmost diligence of all our employees working in one accord: from the Patient Support Coordinator receiving the order, to the warehouse and purchasing staff ensuring the equipment is available and ready to use, to the Dispatcher routing the Patient Service Technician, and finally to the Patient Service Technician delivering the DME to the patient in need. Seamless. Consistent. Day or night. 24/7.
